This song is fascinating as you mentioned. I was so happy to find this song when I was first learning Korean, it was very cute and educational as well as catchy...the lyrics translate as follows…

1...if I can’t see you for one second.
2...I feel so lonely and depressed.
3...How can I wait another three seconds?
eeya eeya eeya eeya
4...I love you, oh I love you.
5...I’m going to tell you today.
6...In a world with 6 billion people I feel so…
7...lucky that I met you!
I love you, don’t look anywhere else but to me.
I’ll like you, love me, give me your laughter, and your smile everyday.
8...My heart is going palddak palddak palddak.
9...Oh, rescue my heart!
10...Even if 10 years pass, I’ll still love you.
My heart will never change.

Hope you enjoy!
